Instead of driving so far, find joy and pleasure in the process -- find movements you enjoy. Have fun with food -- colors, textures, recipes and flavors. During COVID I learned how much I enjoyed hiking and being next to nature -- it was so grounding and provided mental clarity and an element of spirituality. Do things that bring you joy and that help you be the best version of you.
